Box Office Hours

  • Monday through Friday: 10:00am to 4:30pm
  • Also Open….
    Two Hours Prior to Live Performances
    One Hour Prior to Films

Strand and Capitol Lobby & Auditorium Availability

  • The Strand lobby opens 1 ½ hours before performances. Bar and concession services are available.
  • The Capitol lobby opens 30 minutes prior to the start time for films.
  • The Auditorium opens 30 minutes prior to performance or at the discretion of the Strand-Capitol House Manager.

Assisted Services
ADA compliant seating is offered in several locations. Assisted-listening devices are available and can be picked up at the Coat Check room. Sign language interpretation may be available when requested at least two weeks in advance. Please notify the Box Office of any needs when purchasing tickets. We are happy to arrange the perfect seats and services to meet your needs.

Restrooms
Restrooms are conveniently located adjacent to both the Strand and Capitol Theatres and are clearly marked for your convenience. For questions about location, please contact a Strand-Capitol staff member or usher upon arrival.

Concessions
Refreshments – including snacks, soda, coffee, water and full bar service – are available in both the Strand and Capitol theatres. Unless specifically noted, beverages are permitted in the theatre.

Coat Check
A complimentary coat check is available to patrons in the lobby for performances in the Strand Theatre. The Strand-Capitol Performing Arts Center is not responsible for personal property.

Child Booster Seats
The Strand is experimenting with making child booster seats available for Customers at Strand Theatre performances.  There are currently a limited number of child booster seats available at the coat check on a first-come, first-served basis.  Booster seats made possible by special support of Matthew Shorb.
